4 weeks out and.....
Your doing great! Ever since the surgery - from about the time of surgery till about 6 months - I lost average about 3 pounds a week. Then from 6 months till now - about 1-2 pounds a month. So, your doing great! Don't worry - your body will just loose the weight and will know when to stop, and it will not stop after 27 pounds. Believe me - it will keep going and going, and it will not matter what you ate or what you didn't eat. It is really strange how it works. Sometimes I will be like - OMG - I think I ate a ton today, and I will loose a pound the next day. Very strange. Just enjoy the ride and keep watching the scale go down down down....

Hey there
I'm also 4 weeks out tomorrow....I am down 43 lbs. from my highest weight...however, only 29 since surgery. So we're the pretty much the same....I lost a lot the first two weeks and then the 3rd week I lost NOTHING....Today I'm down 6 lbs. from this time last week. I know stalls are going to happen...Today was the roughest day for me....I have felt ok since surgery, but today nothing went down easy, not even water and I threw up several times. I have my 4 week post op visit tomorrow. I just can't wait to start soft foods on 9/12!!!!
