protien bar request
1 1/2 C oats 1/4 c toasted coconut 1/4 c toasted slivered almonds 2 Heaping T chocolate chips 2 scoops protein powder 2 T cocoa powder 1 T honey 1 C powdered milk 1/2 c water 2 T flaxseed |
Directions
Over low heat, toast almonds, then add cocount for a few seconds. Mix all ingredients and press into a greased bread pan. Allow to set refrigerator. When hardened, dump from the pan and slice into 9 even bars. Store in individual baggies in refrigerator. Number of Servings: 9 |

I like to add chopped dried fruit sometimes and always add an extra scoop of vanilla protien powder.
I would not recommend this to early pre ops.
I have found this to be very filling and it stays in the pouch for a few hours.
I love to have my protien bar with my small cup of coffee in the morning.
