Another rainy day;  I'm not quite as depressed today as I was yesterday, and it occurs to me that I would feel better if I got some exercise.  I see the YWCA has a nice big slot for open swim tonight, and I would go if  ... if... if I wanted to get off my a** and get over there.  It would make me feel better, right?

Right?

Yes.  Physical excercise releases endorphins which will better anyone's mood :-)

It will make you feel awesome.   I can't swim in my pool cuz it's raining and can't walk the neighborhood for the same reason.  If it doesn't stop soon....i'm gonna get my sneakers on and head over to the mall for a few miles.   Not as good as the hills in my neighborhood but much better than nothing.   Not only does it make you feel better, it helps you burn those calories and sleep better at night!

Get going girl!!

Unfortunately, I had to delete this message due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!
