Nut visit today.

Today I went to the Nut...she says I have lost 100lbs. It is 130 if you count the weight I lost on weigh****chers before the wls. I only lost 4 lbs this month. Next tuesday I go to Dr. Pryor at Duke about my hernia.  I have no idea what this visit means exactly. Guess I will just have to wait. Hey Annie ...I have on size 18 shorts right now. still can't wear the kind with a real waist band have to get a 20 for them.  I am just happy to be out of the 28 and 32's. Hope all have a wonderful week. Prayers to all which are having surgery this week.
