Help with 2nd appeal
I am trying to prepare for my 2nd appeal and I'm not sure what is the best plan of action. I have heard that its best to go to the hearing in person and that you have about 10 mins to state your case. I don't know what to say, I have sent everything I know to send so what could I say to help? If anyone has already been down this road please help! if you want to get my back ground on my WLS please read my profile. Thanks to all Jenny

When I appealed my case I wrote a statement about how life was for a super morbid obese person and hand delivered it to bcbs.
In my statement I talked about all the comorbid conditions I had because of obesity.
I am wondering if maybe you should look into having the band instead mainly because you have a lower BMI compared to many super morbid obese people.
I am not a doctor and this is just a thought.
