Took the hurd of turtles for our walk this morning.
Came home and had to bake a dozen bannana nut muffins for my demo today.
Yeap they smell great and I even thought about having one but Bubbles is not going to allow it.
I bought some Unjury last week and I have been very pleased with it.
I have noticed it will fill me up to the point I feel like I am going to pop.
Going to do my treadmill then go to work.

One more thing I would like to share is last week I had to run some errands which ment I had to go to two different stores.
Both places I did not park in handicapped and did not walk in with a cart.
I did my errands and noticed "this wasent so hard" I remeber a time when having to do a simple task like this would have worn me out.
Going to my car the other day some really nice looking men said hello to me.
All these things gave me a little more confidence in myself.
Our nieghbor matt was at home when I got home and he said WOW Annie you have a nice butt OMG this too made me feel good.

Awww!  Wow Moments are priceless, aren't they?!  You sure are having your long overdue share of them, darlin, and I couldn't be happier for ya!

Your banana nut muffins sound deeelish.  We are going to try a new recipe here at our house later today.  Don't know if it would be good for a post-op'er, but I'll share it just in case.

Healthy Banana Cookies
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup vegetable oil (I will substitute this for applesauce normally, but we don't have any on hand today)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional:  raisins, chopped dates, dried cranberries, nuts, etc.

Mix well, allow to sit 15 minutes, drop by teaspoons full onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 20 minutes in 350 degree preheated oven or until lightly brown.

Do you think you could handle something like this?  I hope they taste good.  I'll let ya know!

Oh Shauna - I love the recipe and I've been looking at some bananas that are turning brown on the table and I think my sons will love these. Gotta go to the store and get some oats then I'm making cookies.
