Any suggestion on where I can find the chewable calcium?

You might try ordering Bariatric Fusion or Upcal D until you can switch to pill-form citrate.  Keep in mind that those two aren't completely honest in their advertising and you'll have to take considerably more than the recommended dose to get the recommended 1500-2000mg of elemental calcium per day.. but should get you through until you can take pills.

I get mine a walmart I get the Caltraite D, multivitamin and my B-12 from there.

I get a chewable blueberry calcium citrate from Simply Good Foods in Salisbury.  Yummmmm
