New Jeans..........

So yesterday I was feeling a lot better and decided to go shopping. I was laughing at some of the clothes they had at the mall.. crazy stuff! I did manage to be forced to buy three pairs of really cute heels! now that I do not have all that weight to balance around I can wear cuter shoes!

I had to go to Walmart for groceries and I saw that Jeans were on sale for $7.00!!!!! I grabbed the sixs and eights never knowing what will fit when it comes to jeans.. well the eights were swimming on me... I tried the sixes on and thought wow these fit really good..but then I looked down at the tag when I was taking them off THEY WERE SIZE FOUR!!!!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it!!!!!!!!! Jenn Huntley if you read this I am catching up to you!! LOLOLOL seriously all I wanted to ever do is wear size 9 again I was estactic I could fit in them but they only had two size fours and a bunch of sixes so I did buy a few sixes since they were only $7.00 bucks!! these are at the new Walmart and they are REALLY cute and have from size 2-20 on the rack!!! I think once I get this lower body lift and my tummy tuck done I will feel more complete..... I will be one year out next month and I have to say I love my RNY and I am so thankful I had the chance to get it done!!!! thanks for letting me brag today everyone!!!! have a great weekend!

Hmmm...,

Looks like a trip to Walmart might be in order! I'm swimming in my 8's and my 6's are big enough to put my hand in my waist and still have room, so I'd bet we are about the same size. Like you, I could barely imagine myself in a single digit size and now look at us!

I agree that this has been an incredible amazing journey ... in so many ways.

Enjoy all of the sassy new skinny jeans and all of your success. You've earned it!

That is great about your size 4 jeans!  I have a funny jean story to tell you.  Not sure how old you are, but I am 41 years old and I have a daughter who is 13.  She is a size 0 and is 5'6.  So, you can imagine what I am dealing with.  Anyway, you know how all the kids wear those low cut jeans.  Well I was with my daughter and I said, you know what - I bet I could wear them now too.  So, my daughter is like OMG - try them on.  So, I got a pair and they zipped up.  I was shocked.  Then I was like - wow these are really low cut in the front.  So, I came out of the dressing room and pulled up my shirt to show my daugther ,me in these young hip jeans.  And she started laughing and laughing at me.  And I was like - what?  I fit into them, so what is so funny.  She said, OMG Mom look at your granny panny underwear showing.  I looked down and was like - Opps... I don't think I am ready to be wearing the kind of underwear that is required for these jeans...   I guess that is why 40 year olds don't wear the 20 year old jeans...  :)

Hey I enjoyed hanging out at the dog park with you and your gorgeous daughter today. You easily would look good in those teen jeans just get the right undies!

Wow, 4's?  You guys are incredible!  I'm still in 8's, but they are a little roomy...I might be able to fit into a 6. 

I can't believe you got them for $7 too!  Guess I'm going to have to check out WalMart!  :)  I also saw the commercial that Old Navy was going to have jeans on sale on Saturday for $12.  Might have to check that out too!

Congratulations Darcie, I'm surprised that I'm wearing size 8's. I think I'll be in 6's soon.  I don't have much of a butt, so do they have pockets in the back? I've been told I need to wear that kind to enhance that area!!
