Ready for it..?

Wait for it..

It's true.  I'm psychic,

How do I know?  Because I had a vision this morning.

You want to know the vision?

It was of my scale meeting a horrible, tragic end in a catastrophic freak accident involving a sledgehammer.

Ok, J-Lynn.. tell your hubby I've gained 3.5 lbs this week from doing triple drops.  Diet hasn't changed at all.. and yeah, I know, it's muscle mass and a ton of water in my bruised muscles.. but threaten him for me, kay?

Well, Miss Psychic... just think how toned you will be...  I don't know what triple drops are, but they sound painful   LOL

If you have an psychic powers to send my way, please do so...

Triple drop sets is when you do this:

Take the highest weight you can do for a specific excercise (bicep curls, for example).  Do as many as you can until you fail (ideal is between 8-12 for this high weight).

Take 3 breaths.  Pick up the next weight down.  Do as many as you can until you fail.

*Those* are triple drop sets.  It's one of the fastest ways to build muscle tissue.

Yikes!  Triple drops sound like the reason for the little jump on the scale (but hang in there, you know it'll come back off again...especially with more muscle tissue!)  Oh, and triple drops also sound like a weekend full of pain for you!  Good luck!  :)

That sounds painful!  I am soooooo not into pain!  At my last physical therapy session the therapist did me in!  The next day I was moaning and groaning and the day after that I could hardly walk.  I'm doing physical therapy so I can get strong enough to do a good exercise regime without being in pain.  In the meantime, I'm in pain from the physical therapy.

Band to DS

Unfortunately, I had to delete this message due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!

Even some decent stock picks would be helpful! Don't give up quite yet. Feed those healing muscles and in a few days the weight will drop like a lead balloon. Really!

Hey Miss Psychic....you are doing great!   But i know when the scale isn't kind....it really affects our mood even when we know the reasons.   Keep up your chin and your great work and it will be back down in no time.

Take care, Pam
