8/22 Acountabilty Zone

Today the plan is to take my three yippers and my Daughter's howler to the Bark Park. We will be meeting a new friend for me there with her little yippers as well. I will make sure I don't forget my pedometer this morning.
With the antibiotics I have had to take as of late along with the prednizone course I seem to have messed up my body's natural balance. So it seems I have Thrush and all the fun that goes with it. So this afternoon I will visit my doctor and hopefully get the treatment I need to clear it up. If I can't see my own Doc then I will got to the urgernt care because I don't want to deal with this over the weekend.
I have housework to get done too but its a preetty low priority. I can't kick it up the priority chart tomorrow when all I have is the gym to do.

will be doing 30 on the elliptical then 30 on the treadmill and doing a 5 hour demo today and Sunday.
DH goes back to work Sunday.
Mother was not admitted to the hospital  an ambulance had to transport her back home yesterday.
Mother has shingles and was having a reaction to it . After yesterday I think I maybe down to two strands of hair.
There is a chance Lee and I can go tubing tomorrow that will be a nice break for us both.

Only two strands? That's not so bad. Sorry your mother has to have shingles. It is really painful I understand. Relaxing in an innertube on the river would just about be heaven and definitely good for the soul.

It's so pretty outside today. I've got to spend some time out there in the sunshine. I'm going to walk the dogs for about 20 minutes this morning and then I'm going to ride my bike this afternoon for about 2 miles. That'll be the first time I've done that since before surgery but my oldest son(Buddy -17) loves riding almost everyday.

I have a goal that I posted on my profile but I'm going to put it out here too. When I make the 100 lbs lost mark my Mom is booking a vacation for the entire family on Jekyll Island, Georgia. that's been a special place to our family for a very long time as my Dad used to shrimp there. But they have a wonderful series of paved bike trails on the island (almost 20 miles worth). I've always wanted to ride every inch of those trails and so as a family we're all going to. Both of my sons are excited about it. My Mom & her husband, my step-sister and my neice and her husband all want to go. So it'll be our first real "family" vacation since my Mom remarried. 

Oh -Annie - I have got the most beautiful rose bush at the corner of my porch. I just planted the thing late last summer but it is now officially taller than my roof. It has huge yellow roses on it and it has outclimbed the trellis. So I'm thinking I may have to do a little yard work while I'm outside today to make everything else shine like it does.

I have been hoping to purchase a three wheeler to ride for exercise around our neighborhood but maybe next summer I can just get a regular bike instead. Knowing I need the exercise I figured I needed the more stable three wheeler but with the weight off maybe not. Hmmmmmm.

Just got back from the gym.  I swear, if my scale isn't below 212, I really will be going to Wal-Mart and getting a new one.  I guarantee it.  One of the trainers assured me that I have nothing to worry about, but damn if I am not still thinking about that 214.5 I saw this morning.

did 25 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 min of lower body triple drop sets..

Have an icky headache.. definately time for my shots again.  I can't wait.

Remember its how you feel and how you look that counts not the number on the scale! Just sayin'

Going to attempt to clean house.. the antibiotics I am on are making me feel really funky, got my food back in check with no secret stashes in the house.. I DID buy some sugar free candy just in case I start dying for some chocolate. The Bark park sounds fun, wish we lived closer as my girls would love to go and run and play with your babies! They are both passed out in their dog beds right now LOL

My canine yippers would enjoy the company too. We had fun at the park today and I met another local WLS friend who is nearly a year out and started where I am now and looks really good. I don't even think she needs plastics at all! Oops did I say that with my outside voice? She gives me great hope for a good result.
