do you wear a smaller shoe size now?

Yes!  And that was one of the changes I wasn't expecting.  I went from a 9 Wide to a 8 Regular.  I love shoes, and now even shoe shopping is more fun!  :)

I went from a 10 wide to any where between a 9 to 9.5 to 10 regular depending on the maker.

I went from an 8w to a 6 1/2 medium from 269 lbs to 150lbs.
