1 week post op weight loss

Is 21 pounds the first week post op normal? Seems like alot to me.

I don't know if it is normal yet, but, WAY TO GO!!!!!

i had lap band last friday. i was 260 when i went into the hospital, 263 when i got out. ive lost 11 1/2 lbs since. so i guess  it could be possible.

im thinking mine is mostly water weight.

I know that mine is water weight, because I haven't been putting much into me! Yesterday I was able to get almost all of my proteins in which was good. The doc put me back on the prednisone to reduce the swelling more and it tastes terrible (which is the reason I quit taking it before!) I had the pharmacy add some flavoring to make it tolerable, now it tastes like Sweet Pea lotion from Bath and Bodyworks!
