8/21 Accountability Zone for All!

I guess now this is actually one of my accountabilities.....getting this started each day. Its fun to read all of your responses and Thanks for playing along.

Today is the biweekly errand day or AKA payday so I will be all over the place. The bills are already paid (online) but the grceries have to be shopped for and that takes a while because we have to go to several places. This gives me more opportunity to walk. DH feels so much better now so he is willing to park farther out so we are both getting the extra steps. I will put on my pedometer today and see how close I can get to 10,000 steps by bedtime. If I get close then I can always get more by walking my dogs. I'll let you all know how that turns out!

Have walked my heard of turtles this morning LOL went to HT hopefully getting ready to do 45 minutes on my bike.
My mother is having to be admitted to the hospital today and is having the starting stages of DT's

Just got home from the Y.. man, am I a sore chickie.  But it's still that *good* sore.. so it's all good.

20 min elliptical, 10 on stationary bike
25min of heavy upper body free weights (triple drops)

Have tons of laundry to do today, and I need to go get a blood draw.

I'm impressed because I can not do 5 minutes on that eveil machine LOL! (eliptical) Way to go young lady!

Change in my workout.
Just did 45 on the treadmill 15 minutes with a 10% incline.
two sets of wall push ups.
Bicep curls with my resistance band 2 reps 2 reps curls with my dumb bell weights and other varity of weght work.
Also walked the babies for 30 minutes this morning.
On my way to the ER to see mother.
I am sorry she is there but the good thing is I am able to walk all over that hospital.

Annie you keep it interesting. I don't know how well I would do with all the left curves you get thrown but you handle it really well.

Mouth feeling much better today so took myself shopping for new shoes!!! was only suppose to get one pair but ended up with three pairs of really hot looking heels! I can wear them much easier now that Im not trying to balance a bunch of fat on top of them LOL also wanted to get some new jeans and was surprised to get a size.............4!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cant believe it!!!! did a lot of walking around the mall today and Walmart for food shopping. Hope everyone has had a great day!!

All that walking is exercise and it counts!

My accountability today is that I have soothed my daughter who has to go back to work Monday and has cried for two days because she has to take her baby to daycare...
Diagnosed impetigo on three of my grandsons (my other daughter's boys) via email pics. (I want my co-pay)  lol
Oh and started my low carb diet in preparation for my wls....guess I need to do a big post about that!!!!!!!!!!
