Today's accountability zone for all
Today I made it to the gym and met a really nice lady I agreed to have as my guest for the water aerobiccs class. It was the first class I have been too in nearly 2 months so I was pleased it was with my favorite instructor. I really have missed those classes and I hope I can keep it up until my surgery so that I will have some muscle tone in my belly to prevent hernias. Think it will work?

Water aerobics are GREAT! Glad you had such an enjoyable class today.
I don't have anything personally to post about my own accountability on this particular day...as I sit here on my patootie, typing away.
But, (er, butt?! hehe), I think this is a *wonderful* idea and will relish each time I DO have something to post under your daily accountability zone.

Finished the painting now going to shower and off to walmart I go to get Lee's heart meds.
Then to Petco to ge****er treatment for the goldfish pond then to my mothers.
I have choosen to take this day off from cardio.
When I park at these stores I am no longer parking in handicapped.

Ann you know I use sparkpeople to log my food and fitness each and everyday but will be glad to log in my fitness here too.

The more you can do now, the better off you will be before surgery. So yeah, it might work.
I did 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning (levels 10 and 11), and then did 30 minutes of strength training for my legs. J-Lynn's hubby taught me a new technique, and damn if I'm not feeling it all over.. I like knowing I'm doing some good, so the residual soreness is fine in my book.
Got some laundry in right now.. and I've done the dishes. I'm already ahead of my day yesterday!

I have been running errands all afternoon and I should have put on my pedometer. I did a lot of wlking. I try to park out in the 'south 40' part of the parking lot when I have to go somewhere these days.
