Bubbles is a happy pouch this morning

I came up with a new thing for breakfast this morning.
I found some SF rice pudding they other day.
I took one container 1/3 raw oatmeal,2 Tbls. flax seed mixed it together.
It is very filling and it seems the flax seed and oatmeal have been helping with my constipation problem.
I also cut up two prunes that I mixed in with the oatmeal.
Bubbles is very happy at the moment.
Last night we had hambergers on the grill and I had an episode of having the meat get stuck OMG wondering if I should remove ground beef for awhile.
So it is very true that if certain food work great most of the times but then every now and then they dont.
I guess Bubbles is still doing a good job.

I love the name of your pouch. Mine hasn't been born yet but I am working on coming up with a name for fun.

Hi Beans!
Naming your pouch is much like naming a puppy or kitten. Until you know it's "personality" it's hard to decide.
Mine was "Gretta" until it got setled and started making TONS of crazy noises.
Now it is Dory! Bah hahahahaha
(Seen finding Nemo? Read my blog on my profile to find out why. Hee)
It will actually decide for you!
You'll see!

You just named my pouch for me! I can so call it Beans! I have used the screen name Ibeanniebe for well over twelve years so it actually seems to make since LOL! You have inspired me. Thanks!

I just checked it out and your name for yours is cute. I had forgotten about that scene.

Mmmm.  That does sound good, Annie!  I love rice pudding, oatmeal, flax AND prunes, so that sounds like a great combo.

Ouchies on the hamburger.  Have you tried any of the Boca or Morningstar products?  We LOOOVE the black bean burgers on the grill.  They are to-die-for when you add cheese, salsa, and black olives.  Haven't tried sour cream too but I bet that would be the bomb!

The vegan burgers are also deeelicious.  I think their texture might work good for your pouch.  Wonder if you'd enjoy the flavor?

"Bubbles" is adorable.  I myself have actually had that exact nickname due to my so-called "bubbly" personality!

I'll have to think up a nickname for my pouch too.  It'll be fun seeing what Ann comes up with!

Hi Shauna,
I love the veggie burgers too and love the black bean one too.
But.... I live with the butcher LOL and ground beef has worked well lots of times but not last night.
I told Lee it almost feels like my pouch is getting smaller.
Lots of times I will fix a veggie burger and have it on top of one slice of Eziekiel bread love it.

Yes, I remember that!  And he is a MANLY butcher man, to boot!    When I went veggie and would be eating my good ol' vegan burger while hubby dove into his chopped sirloin burger, he would roll his eyes at lil' miss me.  hehehe  Do the veggie "meat" products sit better with Bubbles than the real thing?  The main reason I went veggie, and the only reason I did so WHEN I did, was because of my digestive system.  I need to try the Ezekial bread!

FYI
I now use grilled Portabella mushroom caps as a replacement for buns.
More flavor and WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAy less carbs!
A cool sub for a bun.
