Public Announcement to Shauna: This Means War!
Yup, we weigh the same, so what do you say? A race to the finish? Not an unhealthy race, but a friendly, eat sanely and see what you lose race.
And p.s., my clinic date has changed and now I get to go to the September 2nd info session!

Yer Big Sister
I think a motivation to help each other is great but everyone is different and have different health issues.
If you are going to have wls which I know Shauna is looking into I would say get prepared for the ride of a life time and extra hard work.
I feel after surgery weight loss or managment is harder than it has ever been before.
Life after wls is never the same.

ROTFLOL!!!!!! Woman, do you even know who you're messing with?!
So glad to hear your info session is on September 2nd! I'm looking forward to going together to the support group this Thursday. I have my psych consult on the 2nd also, so we'll talk about going together that day as well, if you don't mind spending the extra time with us.
It was so cute. I was telling hubby earlier today about making it below 280 and he says, "Should you be careful? Can't you lose too much and then not qualify for the surgery?" He had no clue I'd have to lose about another 35 pounds or so to drop below a BMI of 40!
Hope you have a great week. Did you get a chance to look at your calendar about lunch or coffee? Hubby has decided to go ahead and work Thursday, so I'll be carpooling kiddos between 2-3:30'ish pm, but if you want to head on over early, we have a GREAT coffee shop here to hang out at. Let me know!
Yer Lil' Sis (er, same size sis?! but not for long because I'm gonna lose more than you...neener neener neener!!!)
