Christin's update

Hi,
Last night Christin passed most of the blood that was in her intestines from surgery, so she was feeling less cramping in her stomach.   She was able to have some ice chips late yesterday afternoon. 
However, when the doctor came in this morning he said that her hemoglobin was lower and she will need to have 2 more units of blood.   Christin was hoping the 4 previous units would stop the leaking.  The doctor said to be on the safe side he would give her 2 more  units until they can do the x-ray and scope tomorrow.  
She does sound better  when I spoke with her this morning and said that the pain has lessened, so that is good news.   This is setback for her but each day she believes it will be better. 
She told me to tell everyone hello and will be back with you soon.

I'm definitely routin for her to continue getting better. I hope its very soon and that she does well with the new two units. If I could donate I would but they never take my blood cause I am low in iron.

I'm so sorry that Christin has gotten off to a rough start, but please know that she is in excellent hands and soon this will all be a dim memory in the journey that will change her life for the better.

I'll continue to keep her in my thoughts and prayers. Please send her my warmest regards and wishes for speedy and gentle recovery.

Tomorrow I will be finally be getting to go see Christin.

Carole,  I cannot wait to see the news that Christin is past all of this and well on her way into her new life.    Will be waiting anxiously to hear what the xray and scope show tomorrow.  Sending you both lots of {{{hugs}}}.

My prayers are with Christin to come round the corner with this and start feeling better.
She is in a good safe place to get the care she needs. I look forward to the report after her procedures tomorrow.
