great meetup today
Wonderful to see everyone today and even met some newcomers.
I finally got to meet our own Myrtis.
Ann and Lee and I rode all together to GC got a little lost there seems to be a problem with the address and the GPS.
Thank you Shannon for the great tips on working out and lifting weights.
When we got home Ann and I had a chance to visit a little more.
Then our friend called and invited us to dinner which was great!!!
I did not have to cook Thank God.
Then..... mother called she fell and could not get up so off we went and as we got there in came my brother and my sister and brother in law.
Lee and Eric were able to get mother up in the chair.
We have decided the next step is we are going to have to get her a lift.
She has gotten to obese for her care providers to lift her and none of us are trained.
It is heart breaking to see her sitting on the floor in her diapers helpless.

Well how much excitement can we have in one day? I am glad you were able to help your mom and I think the lift is a great idea for her. She made a good decision in choosing you to be here health care rep. You are seeing all the logistics of caring for her and taking each step needed to get it done.

Annie - Sorry I missed seeing you and Lee...I've been looking forward to it. Sounds like everyone had a nice time, I couldn't imagine otherwise...OHer's getting together!
Sorry to hear about you mom. I think everyone will be much better off with a lift to make transferring safer.
