I think most people weigh more after surgery from all of the IV fluids, I know I was shocked when I got on the scale. I was doing one of my strolls in the halls and saw a scale and was like "hmm, wonder how much I lost so far" WHAT I GAINED! LOL I was shocked because of course you think, I just had WLS and haven't eaten anything....so wrong! LOL
I was "glued" so not sure about your staples. I would give a call to your doc tomorrow and find out for sure. A shower will help make you feel sooooo much better, even kindda human! LOL

my gut is really huge.. but i think most of the gas is gone. it was really bad yesterday. my family was sure luvin me :)

i had some SF jello last night. i let it dissolve in my mouth but didnt have mch. it filled me up quick. i get up and wak as much as i can but im still sore. im hoping by the weekend i can walk some in the neighborhood.

my tummy is growling soooooooo bad. i dont know if its gas or hunger.
