I'm sorry you're in so much pain and you have to have surgery...  I hate tooth pain!  Please let me know if you need ANYTHING, I'm only a hop skip and a jump away from you!  If you need someone to drive you to the dentist on your surgery date let me know.  I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers girl!
