Do you think my doctor will be mad? Goal

I don't think that he really would be mad for not making your goal, not everyone does.  You've given it your best, (right?)  so I wouldn't be worried about what he thinks.  You can always postpone your appointment untill you do take it off......

Good Lord, girl!!  You're lost GOBS of weight.  You're so close to your goal weight!!  So what if it takes you another month or so to get to that magic number.  I bet your Dr.  will be SOOO pleased with you!!  Go in there with a very proud smile on your face.  **big pats on the back** You go girl!!

Look at your BMI?! YOUR HEALTHY! Who could be mad at that?

You've not only lost a significant percentage of your excess weight, you've made huge lifestyle changes that are sure to secure your continued success. You have come a long way baby ... in so very many ways. Do not hang your head when you go in for your appointment, rather go in with your head high and proud of your incredible accomplishments.

Mad?  He'll be thrilled!  You look incredible and your success has been incredible!  Where did it ever say 12 months was the end of your journey anyway?  If you still want to lose that last 9 pounds, keep at it...you'll get there! 

He'll most definitely be proud of you.  You're healthy, you're happy and you've been super successful.  No worries, no worries!
