Please say a prayer for me today
Hi Shelli,
If hot liquids aren't comfortable, try warm. Go slowly and I'm sure it will be fine.
Wishing you continued success,

I haven't had the surgery, but I know that peppermint tea is supposed to help soothe the gastro-intestinal track. It's caffeine free too. If you grow fresh peppermint in your garden, as many people do here in the South, just pull off a few leaves, crush them in the bottom of a cup and pour ho****er on them. Then let them seep, add a little Splenda if you'd like and sip. It's easy to find mint tea in teabags too, if you don't have any fresh mint.
Hope that helps,
