Unfortunately, I had to delete this message due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!

I understand completely. i am wearing the same size but I am geting in to pants and shirts that were too tight and now they fit like they are supposed to.

with God all things are possible.

Oh yeah that makes sense to me! When someone asked me if I had lost any sizes yet I said, "not yet but these don't hurt any more." They thought I was being funny, but I meant it. It just keeps getting better and better.

Congrats Shelli! It is wonderful to be able to notice those differences. Soon you'll find that you throw clothes in the dryer without worrying about a little "shrinkage." Actually, you'll start hoping for it! :)
