Thev scales have moved more!!!!!

I know more than anything that exercise is the key!!!!!
Also we cant forget to be accountable with our food intake.
Still at my mothers hoping to go home soon.
I will write more once I get home.

Congratulations and keep up the happy dance!!!!!!!!!!! I agree on the exercising. I was doing really good working out in the beginning but then I just quit. My life got so busy and when I did have any down time I was so tired. Exercising was the last thing on my mind. Now I am motivated again and getting back on track. I can really tell a big difference.
