2nd Appeal

Just wanted to let everyone know I faxed my second appeal yesterday,(Saturday,8-9-08). They have 45 days to make a decision. I got more documents with my BMI's 35 and over an also had a second Psyco Eval because the first appeal denial said psyco eval did not directly stated that i was ready for surgery( so they said, he did say I was released for surgery and didn't need further eval.) I guess its all in the wording. Anyway everyone please keep those prayers going and keep your fingers and toes crossed, I ready want this bad and need all the support i can get. Jennifer

Jennifer, I'm praying for a quick approval!  Insurance companies are sure finiky sometimes.  Hopefully it'll be what they want to hear-and you too!

 Jennifer,   I'll say a prayer for you. I know what it feels like to be denied. Stay on top of it and call to make sure they received your fax. I had to go round and round with my insurance . I wish you the best. Lynn

Hubby and I have been waiting for over a week on a different sort of approval right now, but it is life-changing nonetheless, and we have no idea when we will know anything.  My heart is in my throat at this point!

Hey did you get to look into the Voc. Rehab if this fails?
