Well I had been away for a couple of days but wanted to let ya'll know we have lost 3574 pounds between 37 people. That amazes me!!!! I know there are more on here that haven't added their weight loss to it. Come on any lurkers or anyone just starting. Every pound counts!! I bet if we try we could make 2 tons!! This is something we should be proud of. Let's shout it from the roof tops!! AMAZED AM I !!!!!!!! Let's keep adding!!

You lost those pounds....own that loss. Doesn't matter if you haven't had surgery. You worked hard to lose them. Fantastic job!
