help need ideas what can i do ?

I have wanted to have bariatric surgery for 3 years now. the company i work for the ins. sucks. blue cross will cost me over $1200.00 a month just for me. i cant pay that. my question is do any one have any idea of a way to get help in paying for med bills? i know this is a long shot. any ideas will help.. thanks
