Any one have VSG in Western NC
I live in Upstate SC and am scheduled for surgery Aug 28 in Columbia. I really want a Sleeve but the cost is about 19K more than the band. I am self pay and don't think I can swing it.
I need to be within driving distance to the Dr so going several hundred miles away is not an option.

Well, it's not exactly western, but is Mooresville, NC too far for you?? It would be about 2 hours straight up I-77 from Columbia. Dr Ryan Heider does the VSG there, and a month or so ago I heard that he would do a self-pay VSG for just under $14,000 including everything, I think. If you're interested, you could call for more info at (704) 660-4584. Best of luck in whatever you decide!!
