Fish and Protein
EWG.com is one of my favorite websites ever. Their SkinDeep database is my go-to guide before purchasing anything for my family. I checked the site real quick and found that they have this Fish List-- "What women should know about mercury in fish." Very imformative. Even though I am vegetarian, I do have fish about once a week. Our family's favorite is wild pacific salmon cooked on the grill in a sesame teriyaki marinade. With that we grill asparagus spears brushed with garlic olive oil and sweet potatoes...we fill them with Smart Balance and 50/50 brown sugar/Splenda. Low calorie, healthy, and oh so yummy!
