Grammylew - how's it going?

I am wondering about your husband's doctor's appts and progress made towards his surgery.

I am gong on Wednesday to see the surgeon, so keep your fingers crossed for me.

MY DH had what we thought was gonna be has last 3 appts last Wed.  The cardiologist decided he needs a stress test.  Because of his BMI, he has to do it over 2 days.  They don't make the 2nd appt until the day of the 1st appt.  So the first half is Thursday, hoping they can schedule the 2nd one before the 13th.  From the 13th until the 24th  we have company here from out of state,
(our daughter and her fam for 1 week, my Mom for 1 week) We have to drive almost 2 hours and the test takes a couple of hours.  So that would take the best part a day.  We were hoping for surgery sometime in Sept, but that knocks that in the head!  Very discouraging!  But we know it will happen eventually!

I am doing great and can't wait for his to join me on the "band wagon".  Think of the money I'll save on groceries!
