OMG - Splenda Too! (may be TMI)

I am so sorry for you. I don't know what I would do if I could not use spenda. I would wait till after wls your body could change its mind on splenda.

Ok. I have finally gotten to the bottom of the Crystal Light saga. The powered on the go packets are sweetened with aspartame (Equal) but the bottled types are sweetened with Splenda. I can drink the bottled type but not the powered.
