Missing no more!

Good grief... this summer has been so busy it makes me ready to go back to school!  At least then I will get a chance to check the boards more often.  You would think I would have time now.. but no.. its just too crazy!  LOL 

Let's see.. I had my 1 year surgiversary on July 16th.  I have lost over 170 pounds.   Gone from a 24 to a 4/6 depending on the cut of the clothing.  Had to buy new underwear yesterday.  I was still wearing 9s and 8s.. did not realize I needed a 5.  LOL  

I got a tattoo about a week ago.. I am not a tattoo type girl usually (since I have a professional job and all) but I wanted to do something to mark the passing of "Jennifer the Fat Girl"..  So I had a butterfly put on my back.  It is my reminder of where I came from and where I have to stay.  It is my reminder that I will never... never... EVER be large again.  So yeah.. I am a tattooed mama now!  LOL

I am so looking forward to seeing you guys in Raleigh on Monday.  I AM EXCITED!!!!  I have to think of something nice to wear out.  WHOO HOO for getting all dressed up and going out with the girls!!!!!

LOL Great to see you again and I know the underwear feeling LMAO I had these big droopy ones and finally gave in and got the fives LOL WOOHOO on your tattoo! I have two of them and love them!! I bet it looks great. I wish I lived closer to Raleigh so I could meet up with you and the gang on Monday... its just a bit too far for me. Your photos look fantastic!!! you go girl!!

I dont understand the size thing either.  I just CANNOT get it in my head that I am this small.  Dean fusses all of the time that I try to buy my clothes too big.. I can wear 4's on top.. 6's on bottom.  I am still a little bigger down there.

I would love to see you too.. hate you cannot make it!  I love my TAT!  I was not sure for a long time about getting one.. but I finally took the plunge.  :)  Thanks!

I want a tat also, but I'm afraid.  I would like to have a hummingbird or maybe Eyeore.

I am going on 8/11 to get the tata's enlarged!!!  I am ready for that. 

I also need to shop with you,  At 135 I'm still in 8's & 10's.  But I'm not complaining.  Better tha 22's!!!!!!

The tat did not hurt much at all.  The closer you get to bone though.. the more it does sting. It just felt like little tiny pinches.. bunches of them..

Even though you cannot make Raleigh... come to our next Charlotte meet up.  And hey.. BIG TATAS ARE GOOD!  I want that too!

I love your tattoo Jennifer!  I couldn't decide on anything permanent, so when I hit my goal a few months ago, I got my nose pierced instead.  :)  & just like you, I love it!  It's a little bit sassy (just like me!) 

You look fabulous, a size 5 underwear...isn't that crazy?  I have some from Target that are Larges and they keep riding up, so I think I'm coming to the conclusion that it's time to move on down to Medium. I still don't think "medium" when I think of me. 

I'm really looking forward to Monday...can't wait to meet you in person!  I have a friend who's going to have her baby any day now and I'm her back-up labor coach.  So, the only way I won't be there is if she goes into labor.  If baby doesn't come this weekend...I'll be hoping he waits until Tuesday or later!  :)

You better go ahead and buy size small undies Deb..  I was skeptical about the 5s.. but nicely surprised when they fit snugly (and helped hold stuff in)..
