Dinner Next Week @ PF Chang's w/Jennifer H!

Hi all,

It looks like we are going to have a nice turnout next Monday evening when we all get together for a lovely dinner at PF Chang's in Raleigh. Jennifer Huntley will be up from Charlotte, so we thought it would be a great idea to get together for dinner. You are welcome to come whether you know Jennifer yet or not.

PF Chang's is an upscale Chinese 'Bistro'. They have some of the best chinese food I've had while in NC. We're planning to enjoy a wonderful evening together savoring some tasty morsels at the beautiful PF Chang Chinese Bistro located at Raleigh's Crabtree Valley Mall. One of the great things about enjoying Chinese after WLS is that you can go a nice restaurant, enjoy a variety of items and it still won't cost a fortune because we can't eat that much. Ahhhhh! The multitude of benefits of WLS never cease.

Since we are going to a 'fancy' chinese restaurant, let's use this occasion as a good excuse to get a little 'dressed up' ... whatever, that means for you.

I know that we'll get together some time and I really look forward to it. I'm going to work with Melinda to put together a beach trip for this fall, maybe we'll see you then.

PF Changs is good...  I used to go there in San Diego.  Dang I wi**** were closer to Jacksonville!  A beach trip sounds fun...  I'll be watching for it also.  Have fun at the meet up Barb!

I really do understand. That first, liquid diet portion is sooooo hard, but the results will be sooooo worth it!

I won't be at the next meeting, but my DH is a real sweetheart and will be holding it for me. Hopefully, I'll meet you at a future meeting.
