My first appt with Dr. Pirello in 1 hour

I am nervous and excited.  I meet the surgeon for the first time in one hour.  I have already met with my primary care doctor who ordered tons of tests, but said she feels like I will be a great candidate for the surgery.  Tomorrow is my appt with the shrink.  Yippee!  One more step in the process today.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Pirrello.  He loves his patients and is very compassionate, has a great bedside manner.  I love working with him as a nurse, too!  Not many docs you're able to genuinely say that about. 

Kay, Looking forward to you sharing how your visit with the surgeon went and good luck with the psych eval tomorrow!  Not many more steps left, eh?!

Ok, we all know he's a talented surgeon and great provider.

However, it's so easy on the eyes too.  Wink wink.

I had a great visit.  I really liked him a lot.  I went today to the psych eval.  I believe that went well, also.  Now I have bloodwork and a lung function test...then the nutritionist...then one more primary care appt...I think I am getting there!
