Found some more music

I know there is no way I could workout without my MP3 player it makes all the difference.
This morning I am going for 30 minutes on the elliptical trainor.
Then I will do the treadmill.
This afternoon probally do more time on the treadmill.
I am burning over 1000 calories a day and have to tell you I have had to work up to this over many weeks.
I feel wonderful I have never felt like this in my life.
Soo for today Rock On.

WTG Annie!   I brought work home and it will probably take me 4 or 5 hours and then, if the weather permits, I will swim for about an hour.

BTW I did do 30 on the elliptical it was tough but I made myself do it.
When I go see my surgeon in August I am going ask him to send me to someone who can help with my lmphydema(sp)
Oh My it would be so great if I could wear shorts and clam diggers like normal people.
I know working out is part treating that condition but they also can use pumps to move the fluid.

Annie - I got some new music yesterday while I was in Greenville. I got the Momma Mia soundtrack it's such happy stuff. I listened to it on the drive home and not only can I see it keeping me motivated to work out longer but I just felt so good singing along (I cannot sing).

Yesterday was such a beautiful day - I rolled the windows down, turned up the soundtrack and left my hair go wild. Between the meetup, the the music and just having a much needed day to myself I feel like I'm on top of the world. It doesn't even bother me that I'll be cleaning house most all day today (I HATE housework). Gotta get this place clean cause my Mom is coming to clean it next weekend and our ideas of clean are worlds apart.
