Yes Miss Annie - I was there!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad I went. I had a wonderful time getting to know yall. I know everyone knew by the time I left that I only have 13 days until my surgery. And by popular demand I'm going to work on changing my avatar later tonight.

Ok, so I had a lot of fun meeting alot of new faces from OH. It was great meeting everyone. Afterwards, Melinda drove us to an awesome scrapbook store....came out $50.00 down after that trip...lol. Thanks Mindy.....hehe. It is dangerous to put me near those places! Seriously I was amazed at all the stuff she had in there!

Anyhow, it was a great meetup and I think McAllister's was a perfect setting as well.

Lisa, if you ever get to Raleigh, there is a scrapbook MEGASTORE called Archivers at the mall on Capital Blvd.  It is truly Scrapbook HEAVEN!

I want to thank you so very much for putting together such a lovely event. I know that Ben and I truly enjoyed spending time with everyone. The location you selected was just great. It provided easy access, plenty of seating and room to move around and visit and the menu provided plenty of options for any dietary need.

I look forward to working on some "WLS Getaways" with you. Let's look at a beach event for the first go 'round. We talk off-line to see about hammering out some details.

It looks like the "Greenville Area WLS Meetup" is off and running. I wish you continued success.

Thank YOU for all of your guidance in helping me get this meetup going.  It was so good to see you again and to meet Ben! I know James really enjoyed talking with him and Dalton. He said again this evening that it was nice to talk to other "men" that have had or are considering surgery.   I also look forward to working with you to plan our getaways. Email me anytime and we'll start the planning.

Feel free to post the photos on meet-up. Let me know if you want me to email them to you or if you simply want to take them from the website. I thought it was easier to post them for everyone that way.

I just want to say that I really enjoyed meeting everyone today and talking. It is nice to know that there are others that have gone through that you can rely on to help you through your process as well. I can't wait until the next one. Melinda you and James look wonderful and I can tell in my pictures today that I have lost some and can't wait for the weight to just continue to roll off.
