Going Down down down

Phew, Annie!  7 of the 9 are GONE for good now and you ARE going back down, down, down...on your way to 200!    Your hard work is paying off...that is your reward.  Darn the cheese straws!   

I just started my food journal yesterday and I learned a TON about my eating habits.  I don't consume many calories...I was only at 1700 yesterday eating like I normally do...BUT!  I had like double the sugar and double the fat percentages than I should have.  So THERE's the culprits!  And I honestly didn't think I was doing *horrible*.  I will be even more avidly reading labels when grocery shopping today.

Owie about the turkey!

This is great news Shauna,
I have found that I really am getting in all my protien plus more but I would not have seen that unless I started to record things.
My PC is being very slow today I am working on sending you a pic of Zenny Bird.
Got to go do the second work out today then I am done and Lee gets off early today.

Congratulations on your weight loss you are doing so well with your workouts!!! Yes a food journal is wonderful and I track mine on Spark People.. they also have a water jug you hit every time you drink a cup of water. I am terrible about drinking my water so this helps me keep on track. I love canned cheese LOL I can take it and shoot it RIGHT in my mouth Im a big cheese eater, always have been YES when you exercise you start to build muscle and muscle is way heavier then fat is, keep on going Annie you are doing fantastic!

I love the water jug on SP too.
In fact I just love SP and as soon as I finish my workouts or eat something I am recording it asap.
I must say the canned cheese is very yummy indeed.
I still have maybe two cans and have had some on a rice cake or two but I am recording it.
I have found I can eat more things than I thought if I just record it and keep it in my goal for the day.
