Ladies---question about Mother Nature's visitor

OK, so I'm 4 wks post op, have lost 22 lbs since surgery, but the past few days I've been going up 1/2 lb, down 1/2 lb, etc.  For those of you that still have that "visit" from Mother Nature, does your wt loss slow down around that time of the month?  I was losing about 3/4-1lb every day to every other day, but 2 lbs in a week just seems a little slow, and when it went up, don't ya' know I FREAKED??!!  Don't want to go that way again LOL!!  Just want to hear if others have experienced this, and if it happens every time, or maybe just some times.  Thanks, as always!!

Yup, it's most likely jus****er.  You will probably take a good drop in a few days after you start.  I usually gain a few pounds during my ovulation portion of my cycle, that's where I tend to bloat, rather than during my period.  It will pass...

I have two stalls a month that can last anywhere from 5-10 days each.

One is around ovulation, the other around AF time.

Glad to know I'm not the only one with ovulation bloat...

Girl I gain a couple pounds before I start... drives me nuts... you are already pissed off because of the hormones then you step on the scale and you see +2 pounds and you say... what the H***!!!! No worries!
