Congratulations! I know that each insurer and practice vary, so it's great that you were able to find out that since your insurer recognizes Southern Surgical as one of their Centers of Excellence you won't have to go through the approval process since you meet guidelines. What a load off of your shoulders! I wish that all of the insurers would work like that, but they don't so don't consider yourself a 'dummy' for not realizing that you were automatically approved with your insurer when using their program.

I have 1 more appointment to go then I meet with Dr. MacDonald..I have BCBSNC also any problems getting approved?

as long as you meet BCBSNC requirements there is no approval process
its automatic
