Chewable Calcium Citrate 400 mg & Lean Dessert protein question?

I have vanilla, chocolate, moccachino, cookies and cream, banana nut, cinnamon bun,  and peanut butter cup flavor lean desset and syntha 6 proteins and I use water all the time.  Put the protein powder in first, then add the water and flavors and mix - if you like it a little thicker it is good to add instant pudding mix (white chocolate and pistachio are great) and it will thicken the shake up.  I LOVE THE LEAN DESSERT AND SYNTHA 6 - they are wonderful.  I also use the powder (especially the cookies and cream) to add to my sugar free puddings when I don't want too much for breakfast. I hope you enjoy the flavors.

Hey pam I can't help you out with the Lean Dessert but I wanted to let you know I bought some liquid calcium this past weekend at GNC. My nut said I could take it and it is 1200 in a tbsp. So I take a tbsp plus a drop or 2. It taste orange and is much better than those things sticking in my teeth.
That milk sounds interesting. Thanks for the tip I would like to try it. Did they say if it taste any different?

I think it was Robin in Fort Mill who posted.  It is Hood Fat Free Calorie Countdown.   She said the only place she has been able to find it is Harris Teeter.   I googled and pulled up the nutritional info on it and it has less sugar (think only 3) and less carbs and only 45 calories but protein and calcium are the same.   I emailed them to see where else we can purchase.  I think she said it was good but a little different.   Probably not as sweet.  I was thinking of mixing with protein shakes for breakfast as that would only be 175 calories and a lot of protein plus extra calcium.

If i find any other stores that carry, i will post.

Thanks, Pam
