Elliptical trainers
ok hey every body ! here is my situation, i am kinda looking for an elliptical trainer that i can buy for my apt to assist me with my weight loss. does anyone know of any sites that may have them at a reasonable price or some place that have used one's or refurbished ellipticals. i dont really like them they make my legs feel funny lmao lol but they are better than treadmills on knees and joints so i have heard.

Play It Again Sports in Pineville (off highway 51) sells used sports equiptment... you can check craigslist.com for ads selling/giving away stuff as well as check out freecycle.org (people giving away things for free to keep out of landfill).
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1

Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

Keep in mind, not all ellipticals are created equal. They have different stride lengths, so it's a matter of finding one that is comfortable for you. Make sure to try it out and get a good fit for you! :) Oh, and yes...they are much easier on joints. I have one & I love, love, love it!
