Band to DS

Unfortunately, I had to delete this post due to privacy concerns.

Got a lap band in 2008. Tried hard, but didn't lose much weight & developed swallowing problems. Fought my insurance company for almost a year & finally had a band to DS revision on 5/11/12. Have now lost 125 pounds. Yay!

(((Jamie))),

I'm so sorry to hear of your kidney stones. I know it can be a truly painful experience. I hope that you are doing much better now.

I look forward to seeing you Saturday.

Hello Jamie  :)  So sorry to hear about the kidney stones but glad you are much better now.  Congrats on feeling incredible and getting in so much exercise!  It's no wonder you are dropping so quickly, with all that hard work!  Enjoy those new clothes.  ;)

Thanks, Shauna.  I have so much energy since surgery.  Working out is fun for the first time in my life.  This really is the best thing I have ever done for myself.

Thanks, Shelia, for the happy dance!  The kidney stones were painful, but thank God they are over.

I am not in school...lol...I miss those days.  Now I am on the other side of the spectrum.  I am a college English instructor, and I am so happy that the semester is almost over.
