A few days ago I posted a few comments about my family's recent vacation and how great it was now that I'm 95 pounds (75 since surgery) lighter than I was on our last vacation. A few of the replies noted that I hadn't really updated the pics on my profile in a good while. Well, I did it. I posted 3 new ones, only one from vacation (can't believe how much I STILL avoid the camera). The 3 newest ones show me at my current weight of 225 pounds, I still have around 20 or so I'd like to lose but if I don't lose another pound, I'll be ok. I'm still MUCH MUCH lighter than I've been in many years.

You must be tall because you look fantabulous at 225! :) Don't blame you for feeling content, regardless of another 20 lbs. or so!

I remember looking at your photos last week and thinking what a lovely family, home, and life it looks like you have. Isn't it great to know you are now going to be around for a much longer time to enjoy it all? Congrats to you (and your family!)!

Thanks so much for your kind words! I'm 6'1" and large framed so 225 isn't that heavy for me, I just have been shooting for 200 even for as long as I can remember. Everytime I would "diet" I would tell everyone 200 was my goal. It would be nice to actually get there! Thanks again.
