Surgery in 6 days!

It's only 6 days until surgery! I am so excited ! I just got home from durham and doing all my pre-op. I met some nice ladies who are having surgery the same day and also the same week. I just can't wait to get on the loosers bench! Well actually I guess I'm already on it cuz I've lost 8 lbs. since Friday doing my liquid diet.  On a sad note I found out that I can't get in the pool until after my 3 week check up, so I am going to have to find a recumbent exercise bike.  Any suggestions to what kind or brand?  Any good cheap ones out there?  Thanks, Debbie

Debbie,  Hopefully someone else can help you with the bike question.  I just want to ~~~celebrate~~~ with you on your 6th day pre-op!  Can hardly wait to be where you are in the timeline and I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone welcome you to the losers bench next week.  :)  Hopefully I'll be joining you sometime in the not-so-distant future!  ;)  Great job on the liquid diet...keep up the good work!

DOING THE CONGRATS DANCE!!!!!!!!!  I AM ALSO IN NC, AND A LADY BY THE NAME OF Lisa invited me over to the nc side, i didnt even know it was broken down by states! this is wonderful. So everyone feel free to add me. my date is aug 13 and i am so excite and nervous. i have never been thin, skinny healthy weight ever i my life. i am wondering what that future new me will look like

i wish i could offer tips on the excercise thing, but my surgery isnt until next month.
