This morning I started out on my morning walk with the babies.

I saw a beutiful site I saw a mamma deer and two tiny fawns.

Arthur and Guien saw them too they broke free from my grip and off they ran towards the deer.

G & A only ran about 20 feet and stopped that was enough deer hunting for them.

In a few I am going to get on my treadmill and do my morning 45 minutes.

Lee and I are going to take the boat out today for a few hours.

I am thinking about taking a dip in the lake and I want to see if I can get back on the boat using the ladder in the back.

To use the ladder is a goal of mine so I will let you know how it goes.

Awww, Annie.  I bet where you live is just beautiful!  We used to live in a lake community in Indiana.  I have photos of two tiny spotted fawns we saw while building our house.  I miss seeing the deer all the time because we don't ever see them here in the mountains.  I think there are just too many good places to hide!  :)

I know exactly what you mean about a goal being to use the ladder in the back of the boat.  I don't think I ever got to the point I could hoist myself up!  That would be an awesome accomplishment.  Hopefully today is the day!  :)

Have a good one!

Hi Shauna,
TODAY WAS THE DAY I was able to use tthe ladder.
I got in the water three times and it was wonderful Lee figured all together I swam 45 minutes.
I got up the ladder in the shallow part and then we tried it in the deep part.
I was smiling ear to ear when I got back on the boat.
We had a wonderful day out and my friend Becky joined us for lunch on the boat.

I must say I have been lazy when it comes to exercise. My surgery is scheduled for August 7th and today is the first day I have started.  I went to the YMCA and walked the track for like 30 minutes and my legs felt like jello afterwards. I hope I can eventually work my way up to doing more because that little bit kicked my butt.

Thats great that you walked the track for 30 minutes.
I know what that my legs feel like jello feels like.
It just takes a little time to build up your muscles.
Always start out slow and do something you enjoy doing.
