Congratulations - you look great. What an accomplishment!! Doesn't it feel great to see the scale move down, down, down!! I too am the lowest I have been in years and I love it!!

My arms wow thanks so much, I think out of all my parts my arms are what I have the most problem with, I actully told my husband if they would just do a arm lift I'd be happy, don't get me wrong I am happy just would like to get rid of of the flappy. LOL
