Good Morning Miss Annie - you're such a ray of sunshine. I'll walk this evening once I get home from work but I have done my wall push ups - I started those last week and I've figured out I can do them while I'm in the shower while I've got conditioner on my hair before I rinse it out.

I was doing two reps of 10 just to get started and after a day ofr two I had the silly thought that it wasn't doing enough so I pushed it up - BIG, BAD mistake. I didn't ease my way into it and I hurt for 3 days. So now I'm doing more reps of 10 throughout  the day and loving it.

That is great Iris!!!

When I started doing the wall pushups I thought this wasent going to do anything LOL

Surprise Surprise I sure did feel it after I started.

Look at it like this Iris you are going to be in excellent shape going into your surgery and your recovery time will be faster and easier.

On sparkpeople they have lots of little film clips of different exercises.

I was looking at the big ball ones the other day and I dont think I am ready for that just yet.

Oh WOW Darcie,

It would wear it with pride maybe would have to have a pic taken with me at a marine T shirt.

I was thinking the other day I bet I could get some real fatigues now not just PJ's but real ones.

For Halloween Lee and I are going to dress up as SG1 people so I am going to have to get some fatigues.

As for my arms under all that skin I think I may have an arm just havent seen it in a long time.

Hmmm...  now WALL pushups I believe I could do!  Where do you find the TIME to do all these exercises???  It's like a part-time job!  LOL

Hi Suzanne,

I dont work full time but am so grateful to Lee for allowing me the chance to get my health back.

I know if I was working full time things would be different.

Wednesday I have to take mother to Duke so in my head I am already planning out when I can do this and that for my workouts that day.

It will mean I will have to wake up early to walk the babies and get my treadmill time in before going to pick her up.

When I get back I can do some  more time on my machines.

What I am doing I look at it like this is my job right now.

Good morning, Annie!! Nice exercise routine ya got going on there!!

As for me, I'm stilll doing the IsoBreathing DVD that Cagair gave me. I am going to physical therapy and ocupational therapy twice a week. Last night, I was FINALLY able to get on my exercise bike and ride for a bit. The neuropathy has caused my legs/ankles to bend in such a way that my heel**** the medal part of the pedal everytime there's a rotation. I'm going to go to PT and see if there's anything I can do special to stop that from happening.

Have a great day!!

Thats great news Kelly!

I think I have mentioned that I have lyphdema in my legs.

I noticed yesterday on the bike that my left leg was brushing against the bike as I rode the bike.

It wasent that bad but there have been times my legs were so swollen it was irritating and would cause an abbrasion.

Your doing great Kelly.
