Goodmorning all you OH people.
What are you going to do today to get going?
I am going to go walk on my treadmill this morning for 45 minutes and enjoy listening to my MP3 player.

I am so enjoying walking without my legs rubbing together it feels great!!!
Stay tuned for the second workout from me later today.
I workout twice a day to keep my engine going.

To be perfectly honest...right now I am sitting on my couch in my PJs reading OH posts! Feeling kind of like a slug, but I'm enjoying it. :) Later today we're going to go pick blueberries. Yum! Depending on how the day goes I might make an appearance at the pool to swim some laps, or maybe we'll just go for a long walk this evening.
Enjoy workout #1 and good job on keeping that engine running!
In about 90 minutes, I have to leave to head to Atlanta which is about a 4 hour drive. Hopefully, I will get there before my business associate and get on the exercise bike and treadmill. If not, today will be a bad day for me.
You have been a real inspiration to me Annie and I try to exercise every day but on days like today I sometimes play hookie. I had a choice of reading post or exercising and you can see the decision i made. I need my OH fix every day.

I am done for today in fact I got a new trophy on SP you can earn points which award you trophys.
I have decided to post my daily workout stuff on my profile.
I do not want to offend anyone by me sharing what I am doing.
I will be the first to tell you excersise if HARD and especially for people who havent had surgery yet to help shed some weight before starting a program.
Also it is very important to have the go ahead from your doctor before doing any kind of workout.
My main point in sharing this info is to help inspire others.

I think it's great that you share your workout info and inspiration. It is VERY easy to put a workout on the back burner and make exercise low on the list of priorities. Reading your post always makes me ask myself if I've exercised or made plans to exercise that day. I like the reminder, because workouts play such a huge role in a successful WLS program! :)

I am in Florida with DH at my mothers spare house. I am visiting my Grandmother who just got placed in an assisted living facility because she fell and has dementia/alzheimers, whichever. Pop is in there too, so I spent the day there getting a mental workout, LOl. Tonight I had DH take me to the store to get some groceries so we don't have to eat out all the time but can cook healthier here, for cheaper. Yeah, I know this has NOTHING to do with your post and its not a HIJack, but wanted to share my exercise for the day>>>>>>>>
I woke at 8 am and did 10 laps in the pool and I just finished doing another 10! I love the water. I hope it's sunny tomorrow so I can spend a lot more time in the pool! I wish I had one. Have a good day tomorrow! Oh, and you'd love all these different bird calls.lol, zenny too! He'd have lots of friends.
