Hood Calorie Countdown Fat Free!

I just realized I hadn't mentioned this great find.  The 2% Calorie Countdown is good, but the Fat Free (In the green carton) is only 45 calories fo 8 oz.  And it still has 8 g protein and all the calcium of reg milk!   I have only been able to find this Fat Free at Harris Teeter, but it's worth the trip!

I just ck'd the nutritional values and it only has 3 g of sugar which is really good and about 1/2 the calories of skim milk.  Good mix for protein drinks!

You're welcome!  I use it with fat free sugar free pudding mix (I LOVE the microwave cook ones, they feel so decadent!)
