My fill under Fluro...

went GREAT! Well, that's looking past the drinking of the barium...LOL  The radiologist who worked with me was 9 weeks out from Lapband sx with Dr. Moran also...small world! So, I stood upright, with the needle hanging out of my belly, while drinking the "chalk" and had "live" fluro of my swallowing.... It was really neat to watch! He filled me up to a point where you could see that the "chalk" was backing up and not flowing thru the band...then withdrew enough to let things flow smoothly again. I was able to be filled another WHOLE cc! This being my 5th fill, I'm currently @ 9cc in my 14cc AP lrg band. It's clear liq for today then a day at each stage until I'm at regular foods. Here's hoping that I will finally feel RESTRICTION! WOOH HOO!

wendy.............I'm glad you had good luck at your appt.  I haven't had a fluro fill yet........hopefully this one will work for you!  Take it slow......sometimes they take a few days to kick in! nancy

Nancy - I'm thankful that my surgeon was willing to do this for me, without it I was still looking at another 2 months to get to this fill level. Still on liq so we'll see in another day or two how things go.
